it does require candidate to pass multiple interviews, its not that just because there is no entrance anyone can get entry in the executive program. the intake per year is very low

IIM A PGPX (EXECUTIVE MBA) provides placement on campus .Entrance is through GMAT , so does IIM C executive Mba and ISB. FMS does not provide any placements for executive MBA so you will just get a degree and the you will have to find a job on your own which makes zero sense. 99% people do MBA only for placements.

Programs which provide placements cannot be done with the job as they are full time residential programs at IIMs & ISB. But if you compare IIMs online MBA which has weekend/ evening or online classes they do not have placement support.
Executive Programs are not meant for placement. These are the programs either for career switching to management side or for career progression/upgradation.
Also, there is NO need for and SHOULD NOT BE ANY NEED for aptitude test like CAT/GMAT/MAT etc but entrance should be on the basis of journey of past work experiences.
In future, it may be quite possible that entrances could be on basis of Case Studies rather than +/-/*/÷ of CAT/GMAT or spelling punctuation correction or drawing meaning what a poet or writer want to say through passage, which is totally rediculus.
MBA should never been for someone without experience like college passouts, which eventually made in early decades because IITians or Well educated graduates couldn't get or fetch better placements in their campus placement. So, this became another route way to maintain credibility of their image through IIMs or premium management institutes.
Buisness requires something different which only comes from exposure to buisness world. In short , you can teach class 1 students Newton's Laws of Motion but it will be of No use. Rather teach it to someone who has already been in trains, has exposure to cricket fields, has knowledge of space or related fields.

The program provided by FMS is not really "executive" as per how the norm is in India. It's rather more of a part time MBA. Thus, no placement support..

Whats the point? Companies don't consider executive or part-time or distance or online MBA. Their job postings clearly state: Full-Time Tier 1 / Tier 2 MBA. Rich favours rich. So the hiring managers promote hiring of those who had privilege to study full-time using parents free fund.
Last year they have mentioned as residents of Delhi NCR are eligible.

Hi Sandip, there is a format of NOC attached in Information Bulletin (FMS website)
I think you should speak with your manager first about this and hopefully person should understand that it's about individual growth which everyone is aiming for.
Or you can directly send that to your HR, NOC format and ask them for it.
