- This huge duck lure looks absolutely crazy, but it’s just crazy enough to catch a river monster. The savage gear duck lure looks so cool and I’m excited to start throwing it around and see what wants to bite on the Mississippi river here in Minnesota. I love that you use different lets say wacky lures, But they work, The small pike had a great pattern and color.
That’s true. That little pike was gorgeous. I’m glad you enjoy the different wacky lures. I got bored of throwing spinners and all the other common lures, so now I try some lures that not as many people throw just to show they still catch fish

Hudson River waterfront in Poughkeepsie, I casted a hefty piece of chicken into the air and snagged a seagull. He continue to take my line all the way out meanwhile me and my buddies are rolling from how shitty my luck had been all night. I just bought the rod and reel because of me breaking one that morning (it was night) and out a fresh roll of line 200m of line flew straight to the heavens with the seagull never to be seen again. 😂 I didn’t stop laughing that night. Anyway great video. Must keep doing these strange Lures I love this content. I’m taking notes. Me recent monster was 7 pounds 4 ounces large mouth. Using a white field mouse from googan baits

My friend had one he had tones of hits on it but he left those plastic hook covers on so he didn’t catch anything
I had mine on as well 😂, I didn’t notice the hooks had the covers on it since they were small and so clear until I started missing a few fish. Took me off and actually landed one
