there are of course the physical leads that are set up on Inskip Point. As it is such a wide bar I've never encountered the need to worry about breaking waves if you follow the directions Doesn't mean it cant get pretty lumpy. Certainly nothing like Swansea or Burmagui!!! Smaller and faster boats can cut the corner when travelling south out of the Straits keeping closer to the beach.
Yep..Would agree, but a couple of boats lost windows and nearly had a roof ripped off a few weeks ago, so it must have been a lot worse than I have seen it. They all need to be respected. I use the Fisherman,s Gutter when leaving ...but only in very good conditions.
