Good effort here, Mikey, chronicling this person's actions and attitude and including the witness in the vehicle behind will help the person this driver will inevitably maim prove what a bad driver he is & how unhinged he can be.
Cycling mikey. I love your videos where you stand up for vulnerable road users. However, you also enrage other people on the road. This is a great example of this. When he started getting upset, you had all the footage you needed. He wouldn’t get back on his phone. Your choice was to leave the scene politely or aggravate him further. I’m a cyclist, motorcyclist and driver. I know that riding whilst agitated or angry can impact our behaviour on the road. Making other people angry, despite what they may have been doing, contributes to a greater danger. Please think about the potential impact you have on these occasions.

It’s not just drivers like this guy. Here in Great Yarmouth this afternoon I am nearly half way over a pedestrian crossing. I saw TYE B,W coming ages ago and I swear to God they actually accelerated towards the crossing with the aim of making me stop 🛑
Now I’m not mad had they continued I would have stopped half way but they eventually braked once inside the zig zags and came to a stop. These are the kind of people we are dealing with on our roads today. It’s nothing more than arrogance, aggression and a feeling of ‘I’ll drive how I want, even if I kill somebody.’ This is in Great Yarmouth. A little seaside Town.
I have seen a few of these clips now and you do seem to like to goad the people guilty of using their phone whilst driving. The answer is no - if you're in a live lane of traffic, the engine can be stopped, and you can still be done. If you're actually parked up, that's probably fine.
