Nope. It's the pilot bus for the order. It was built with MTA specs. MTA wanted some stuff changed.

Last I heard, IIRC it was recieving spec changes, so I don't think its in NYC ATM.

in two more years bus fare will increase once again for our mta Maryland busses but it's all good tho
