I am sooooo sorry this one is a day late! I finally finished taking all the pictures for the new cookbook with my friend Roy (watch out for a video announcement tomorrow) and my day job... any guesses what my real jobe is? But I won't keep babbling I will jump right in and just tell you what we are making! An Awesome Bacon Cheddar Ranch Chicken Salad! Now I threw this on a bun and made it a sandwich but man this is killer even on its own. I don't know why i always forget about ranch dressing. Typically, my chicken salad is pretty basic with mayo, salt, pepper, splash of white vinegar, and a tiny bit of mustard. This sounds delicious!
