Troubleshooting lawnmower running rich Klippo Champion B&S Quattro 40 engine

In this video I try to find the reason why lawnmower is not running the way it should and fix it.
I have to say Klippo brand was lost when it was bought by Husqvarna.
Their equivalent products are plastic garbage compared to Klippo in this category.
