Nothing beats cooking with your mom. I lost my mom last week she had congested heart failure and passed away from it. When she was well we would cook together and I would always ask her questions also. I will always cherish that time. Please have more videos with mama Noi.

May I mention, the hack of soaking the noodles is absolutely Genius. Noodles which takes 10 minutes to cook, take just 2 minutes or less in Hot Water, Salt and some Oil, once it soaks for even 5 minutes. So much fuel saved.

I dont know where you are from, but your countrys week obviusly starts with Sunday and thats fine! My country starts with a Monday though, and you saying that it dosent is just plain stupid, cause you are resisting a fact. My first comment was from a fascination from redescovering the fact that other countrys do it differently, not saying that "your" week is wrong.
