    I would hope that you could enclose the cockpit with some kind of protection during stormy and windy weather? Nice job again Toby. Lucky you!

    Very, very impressive. Thanks. Hopefully we can see the complete picture with a sail, to complete this very enticing view. I hate to think what it costs, but it is wonderful to see something of quality, as opposed to the pop-out production boats.

    I don't know what I would do if I didn't smell oil in the bilge of my 35 year old boat! Beautiful absolutely beautiful boat here

    Would like to combine an overhead traveller with a hard dodger.love the technical space though.

    I like that there was no attempt to provide every cabin with ensuite bathroom: it's a yacht, not the Ritz. Having said that it is marketed as a 'Superyacht', so the guests might only visit once. But then, who needs guests like those...?

    Now look at Contest 67 after this video. The dutch yacht has so much more space, grace and smartness!

    A long distance, fast cruising yacht for a couple lol.
    Has anyone here ever actually sailed for hours in the hot sun, or in the rain?
    If you don't have overhead cover above the helm you are in for a very uncomfortable journey.
    Which leads me to believe that these boats are really designed for daysailing in the Med.

    Clearly sailors have a different meaning for "easy to access"...

    The most controversial master cabin on a boat of this size. This is very expensive 67' yacht, and it offers a master cabin suitable for 42' I can only suppose that everything inside was sacrificed for speed.

    • @ami6272
      @ami6272 4 года назад +2

      It has berths for 7 people. You could sacrifice the 7th berth for a more comfortable owner's cabin. I think this version is suited for charter.

    doesn't make one bit of sense, to have the Main sheet traveler on the deck, right in front of the helm

    • @hatetoregister34
      @hatetoregister34 5 лет назад

      why?

    • @clarkkent2913

      Where else should it be? It could be a little longer, but the position is correct.

    • @devorrahtester5439
      @devorrahtester5439 5 лет назад

      could it not have been raised overhead?

    • @philking8855
      @philking8855 5 лет назад +2

      yes it could, or at the very least, behind the helm station. Having the mainsheet traveler in the deck right in front of the helm becomes a tripping hazzard, when tacking or gybing. your feet could get tangled up in the lines. This is a multi-million dollar yacht, not some day-sailor. Had a 20 ft sail boat i used to race. Main sheet traveler was on a ratchet swivel directly in front of the tiller, for a purpose. If I'm gonna spend the kind of money it would take for this yacht, I sure don't want it to look like a day sailor!!!

    • @devorrahtester5439
      @devorrahtester5439 5 лет назад +1

      Yes that design stood out quickly. It ruins the movement flow and builds a psychic wall between the skipper and passengers. The boom may not be long enough to place it behind the helm station but I like this solution.

      I think this design works so much better. (and the boys can do pull-ups)

    I gotta ask, who is your target audience here? Does anyone with the money to buy a boat like this actually watch boat reviews on youtube? I like to drool over these things as much as the next person but I dont know if I ever could bring myself to buy something like this and I own a 1967 cal40

    • @anestislouadis8387

      Well i guess they make the videos mostly for the enthusiasts and for those who want to keep up with new yachts/designs etc.But i think people who have enough money might search from time to time to see what's out there so the videos do have a meaning.It really depends.For example i know a person who's rich and as soon as you point out a name of a yacht he knows exactly what the company has done/designed to it.These videos work like references/means of study for everyone.

    Owners cabin is a joke, they call it compact. What I really hate on this channel is that everything is always positive, they do everything for the advertising money, I guess. Man, tell it like it is, a 67 footer with a owner cabin the size of a poor mans cabin! And you call it compact, this is a joke.

    • @sevansam
      @sevansam 5 лет назад +4

      Its a semi custom boat... the owner gets what the owner wants. Go look at the Baltic site and you'll see 8+ layouts including massive owner cabins

    Nice but what a small owner cabin... 67 " for that smzll space.... Won't buy it. Better a Ci test or a JFA oneoff... 👎👎👎
