My theory is that he was hypnotize the first time by The Groove. He then had to seduce Dr. June to get her on the show and pursuade her to speak with Mr. Wringles. After Jack got hypnotized by Fuck Carmicheal, Mr. Wringles take control of him and then the killings start. Maybe he was hypnotized from the start of the show and all we saw was Jack imaginations.
