Had it as soon as it came out also had a v3x 33, couldn't get comfortable with the mathews especially around the grip and draw cycle, elite is so smooth it feels like a 50 pound bow at 70! And so accurate, love elite.

@@raminmardani2161 I've got a good bow that looks awesome but the Elite Envision is definitely a step above.

Wow! You're easily persuaded. You must be highly impressionable.

I've owned four Elite bows since the Energy series and liked them all. I thoroughly enjoy the adjustability of the recent bows like my Kure. Hope to own a new verdict. Thanks for the review and best wishes.

If speed is the only complaint, they accomplished what they set out to do. I have one, it's faster than my last bow (Bear Method), quieter, less hand shock/vibration, holds MUCH nicer, draws smoother, etc. I shot the RX-7, Solution SS, SR350, EVO XF33, & the EnVision all one after another for what wound up being 3hrs. I'd wager I shot each at least 5 times (the last 3 I shot well over 20x each).
The Hoyt was the first to go, didnt like the draw cycle (all setup at 70lb/30in/390gr arrow) and it felt jumpy off the wall.
The PSE went next. Felt good, the grip just felt too fat and it also felt like it wanted to take off.
The Bowtechs both felt amazing to me, I put the 350 back because it just felt harsher to draw, the SS was BUTTER to draw, hold, and almost came home with me......
The Elite felt almost identical to the SS for me. It had a little more buzz on the shot, but the grip was perfect for me. I could have chose EITHER of the 2 and been 100% satisfied. I still may find a used SS or SS34 to play with.....good thing I have a comfy couch.

why does nobody review or test expedition bows? shops around where I live sell them and they seem like really quality bows.

I reviewed Xpedition bows twice so far, including last year. They do make great products.

the draw cycle on an elite is un-matched from what I've shot, you can shoot an elite all day with 50 or 60 shots no problem, elites are great for starting out because it actually allows a new shooter to get some shots in without getting tired not to mention the adjustability. but what I found is that if you like to shoot longer ranges(60+ yards) you're probably better off going with a different brand

How does shooting long range shots matter with a different bow company? It is all in the tune of the bow and the shooter…

Sounds like you can't shoot. I shoot out to 100 with my ritual and I'm very confident on my shot placement.

The fact you can micro tune the cams in sync, it should be more accurate than other bows, which most other people have found true

Jeeze that's slow. If they offered parts for life I would be a customer again. I have an Impulse 31 and after having a limb fail and finding out I received the last 80lb limb set they will every make. I kinda turned me off. Combine that with just loving the way Mathews shoot and they fact they offer all parts for all bows they have ever made.... I'll only buy a Mathews moving forward.
