Thanks so much for putting all this together in one piece; and especially for the lack of musical background - it's nice to hear the real sounds. At 75 there are parts of my body that no longer want to sit astride a regular motorcycle, wrestle my sidecar rig or shift gears, so I find myself once again (I had one once before) on a Honda Silverwing and enjoying the comfort, weather protection and shiftless efficiency of it all. I'm working my way through your video in pieces and enjoying all the different landscapes and the reminder to stay out of Paris traffic - I find myself leaning into the curves with you on the mountain roads - great job.
just found your vid. Brilliant! I'm looking at getting a pcx due to my old scooter getting too unreliable. Your view on any downsides very welcome. Thanks again - wonderful footage!
@@ytuser419 if you look at the statistics ,I think for the price the Honda pisses all over the Yamaha ,I was a gnats knacker from buying the Yammy last week ,glad I never
@@furstyferret81 I,m late to the scooter world. Purchased an xmax last year after having many bikes. All ways watch videos of long trips on small capacity two wheelers.
I am planning a trip with a friend on the Honda PCX 125, and we could use some help seeing how you pack your gear on this bike. I have a 1987 Honda elite 150 that has rails alongside the seat and thus easy to strap something to it. Do not see anything like that on these. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
What month did you do it in? I want to take my PCX through alps next year but wondering if late May won't be too early. Don't want half of the passes to be shut. Many thanks for your great video
Do you have a full bike licence or just a cbt? I’m hoping to get a pcx125 soon. I would be well up for doing this if you were up for another trip sometime?
Please forgive my ignorance of European geography. I think I see this stretch of road in a lot of videos. It is certainly beautiful. Where is it? Does it have a name?
+Anthony Byrne City Grips, they are amazing. Be careful that the pcx has strange size tyres so you may have trouble finding them if you not near a city.
respect for this, i am planing to do the same. some questions: what is daily km maximum you made and what was avarage speed ? is your pcx tuned ? any advices you can give me ?
+canalfawp Sorry but i just went for it without a plan and not even sure where i went 50% of the time! Just decide on some points of interest you want to see and the rest will fall into place. Interlaken was my favorite 'accidental find'!

Thanks for responding. Switzerland is for me to far away. You have made a nice trip. thats right discovering places while Relaxd drive., what you can on this engine. make many of these trips with film. :-) good luck
I am in the throws of choosing a 125 bike to tour Europe and th PCX is the best value and most reliable, etc., but I have riden one in Thailand and watched this and it is such a boring bike. Think I will pay the extra and buy a Vespa. Sorry, but thanks for the vid.
@@yakobadamovich1813 the pcx is not boring, its a good ,reliable honda. vespas are not as well thought of for reliability as honda. reliability is a byword for honda. sorry wrong column i am agreeing with you yakob.
I can't wait to get my pcx 2024 model next month when I see your beautiful vaccation on the Honda...Thank you so much...

This excellent video is proof that it's what You are capable of, just as much as whatever type of bike you choose to tour on.
Fucking yes mate
Because of this video. I bought pcx 150. Cheers from The Philippines!

What a trip! This is a lifetime experience! Greetings from Brazil!
Amazing footage, the PCX appears to add an extra level of adventure. Greetings from Oregon.
Good job man! Thumbs up from Czech Republic.
Brilliant truthful and entertaining video - it should be titled "No bullshit just RAW biking" - well done and thanks.
What an adventure...well done.

I like the scenery of all the countries.
I wished there was narration during this trip. I recognized the base of the Eiffel Tower and knew that’s Paris! The video is fantastic to watched.

What is the PCX like to drive? Has it got good acceleration? Whats it like on motorways?
That depends. If your on a provisional. You cant go on motorways.

+knickerbockers2010 I did about 120 miles a day mostly about 50mph so i didnt thrash it. PCX is unmodified.
I wanna know the mileage on the scooter… Frfr
