    Gr8 job, thank you for all informations! What about cycling in april? To early?

    • @tristanbogaard
      @tristanbogaard  7 месяцев назад

      Probably too early, as it stays very cold in the mountains (most of the country) until at least June!

    Hello, nice video again. Please share me what mic do you use for Voiceover normally.

      Normally, any Rode mic will do. Abnormally, I don’t do voiceovers.

    Excellent presentation, not too detailed and packed full of good info. Just a couple of questions (maybe you mentioned it someplace): is there generally cell phone service on the roads between towns? And can you use a language translation program there?

    • @tristanbogaard
      @tristanbogaard  Год назад +2

      We didn’t mention it, but the cell service is pretty good everywhere! Get a simcard from O! or Beeline (or both) and you can use unlimited data and a certain amount of calling minutes. Even on some high passes we had service.
      Language translation you should always do with Google Translate with the language you prefer downloaded for offline use. In Kyrgyzstan you should always have Russian downloaded. Don’t forget to tilt your screen horizontally after the app gives you a translation-it’ll enlarge the sentence so it’s easy to see 😯

    What do you use to stay online on your phone in that country?

    • @tristanbogaard
      @tristanbogaard  7 месяцев назад

      Great question! Upon arrival in Bishkek airport you’ll be offered physical SIM cards from left and right. I think we discuss this in the video; O! is our personal choice since it provides 4G coverage in many parts of Kyrgyzstan.
