So, I really felt like Sasha is being kinda “ignored” by the other girls and people. I get that she’s shy and the other girls made more convection with each other but it was unnecessary to not show her when they zoom in the girls. And the others was acting like she wasn’t even there. I know they’re really friends but that’s really sad. I’m so sorry about Sasha. U know, Alison was the reason why everything happened, and no one realize she’s there in the interview too.
Where do you get the idea that Sasha is shy? I mean there have been many interviews where she is extremely confident and chatty.
For some reason though it’s when she’s in group interviews with all these specific girls, and then somehow she becomes more quiet and withdrawn

Maria Chanel she was actually 14, it was in 2010, when the show started, and she was born in February 1996,
she got the part when she was 12, and filmed the pilot when she was 13. that’s why she wasn’t allowed much screen time. they originally wanted her to be hanna until they found out her age. there’s a reason she isn’t a solid character until season 4, she wasn’t 16 yet.

although sasha is now a professional actress, when she began this show, she was not considered one which required her to follow the child labor laws in California. The pilot was shot in Canada, but they still had to follow these laws because it was at a time when school was in session and she was only allowed on set a maximum of 10 hours per day. these rules don’t apply to those who are considered professional actors before they start a project this big.
