Best website I have seen so far. Thank you. It really helps this beginner.
Thank you for all your videos! I have learned so much. I thought after I hurt my neck I would not be able to throw anymore. But your method of pulling, with your hand upside down is so comfortable and has allowed me to throw again! I can never thank you enough!
Wish I had seen your video before I finished my ceramics class. Awesome tutorial though!!!!
Thanks for the slow motion demo for chattering. Very helpful to see the exact angle and hand position.
The strips of clay so satisfying
Thank's a lot Mister Hso,-Chuen Lin. You're really a great personn and an artist.

Great video! You are very good at explaining. I've watched so many videos and none of them go into as much detail as you.
Thanks, Chen I was having problems with the chattering tool as well. when you slowed the video down it helped a lot and it worked pretty good now I just have to learn consistency with how hard to hold the tool I am getting different chattering Marks.
Great!
A lifetime of skill. Thank you. Very clear and inspiring.
Not only is that helpful, it's very cool too!
Wow, what skill, thank you very much for sharing and inspiring!! Fantastic.
I love your videos so much, I watch them regularly! Thanks so much for making these!
Inhuman precision and skill,.... Thank you so much. Love your work!
more even drying can be achieved by covering with a plastic bag in a cool place - the dryer rim will steal moisture from the bottom and even out the stages of drying. Especially porcelain as there is no grog in the body to even out drying as with stoneware.

SUCH an awesome video! ! Thank you so much for generously sharing your skillful talent!
Excellent job on your chattering and trimming. I've learned so much from you and I've shared your video in a group. Thanks for all your wonderful videos.
Thanks! the slow mo was VERY helpful in showing how much the tool should bounce, and how much of the surface of the tool makes contact. I've been able to get some chattering, but I think I've not been using enough of the flat part of blade, too much corner. Can't wait to try again!
A real live artist at work!
Es tan maravilloso verlo trabajar al gran maestro, que no dejo de verlo. Y cuánto uno aprende.
Your amazing,,, love the red iron oxide on the chattering, with the glazes on top and bottom, so beautiful!!!

Hi Thanks a lot for sharing your work. It really help me to evolve in my work. Have you a video how to decore chattering work ? Great to look you working again and again
Nice work👍
looks easy
Merci beaucoup !
It appears that you do your trimming on bowls that are well beyond what I call leather hard. I imagine that is because your tools are so sharp, correct? Also, must the bowls be this hard for chattering to be effective? Thank you, Sensei.
Wow if I lived were you at I would as you to teach me I always wanted to do pottery but I live in the city and I don’t have the money to get the equipment
Received the tools 1& 2 for christmas. So happy. How do you sharpen them?
Skip to 12:30 to see the slow-mo chattering.
❤️
How long should I wait to trim my pieces?
“This sounds right.” All sounds the same to me. Maybe if I practise another 30 years or so....
muy interesante gracias

It appears that your bowl has dried very evenly from top to bottom. Is there a trick to keeping the top rim from drying out too much?
wrap it in plastic. dry cleaners plastic is usually good stuff to use
