From what I’ve heard the risen rare materials are guaranteed as quest rewards sometimes you get one, sometimes you get two
Yeah this is true it's a guarantee drop and sometimes will get more than one
What mhswoocer meant by unfair is from a lore perspective im pretty sure, not gameplay
Accompanying a few other comments, the Risegems aren't rare, they're the "afflicted part" drop for Elders
late but fun fact: due to the gores being infected with the frenzy, they suffer constant strokes during battle, which is why in this video, chaotic was shaking a bunch during one attack edit: wrong wording its actually that shagarus frenzy is coursing through their body uncontrolled so thats whats causing the strokes as not sure about this but shagarus frenzy is more developed than gore magalas which is the reason during battle it can have strokes thanks for stygian for correction
It's not "inflected" with frenzy. It has Shagaru's Frenzy, which its body can't control as they're rampaging throughout its veins
