Seaplanes @ Port Miami

Three seaplanes landed and took off between groups of cruise ship departures at Port Miami this afternoon, April 23 2023. It was a very busy day at the port with seven cruise ship departures plus cargo ships. The last seaplane to take off had to steer clear of an on-coming boat to resume it's take-off. Just how close can you get to the ships by zooming in to them? Plus I have been wondering why the one Virgin ships took so long for their , getting underway last night
