    How can we differentiate biofilm vs. slough? If cleansing removes "slough/biofilm," would you still use an autolytic debriding dressing such as Mesalt?

      I do have a few videos on biofilms that will give you a better understanding. It seems like you have more of a thick exudate build-up than actual slough as it does not just wipe away.
