  • Follow us as we pick up our new motorhome after the long wait. We prepare and pack the motorhome ready to get back on the road. There are a few small hiccups as always, but that's part of the fun.

    Good to see you are back into it - there is always a few hiccups. Hopefully you will be good to go now. We hired a camper a few years back and a stone off the road flew up and hit the water tank, punctured it, so we lost all our water. Luckily campgrounds nearby so just utilised those. Had a great time anyway.

      Seems the problems are all part of the fun. Just have to work through them as they arise and enjoy the rest of the time, which we will. Hope you guys are all well over there.

    I have just binge watched all your previous videos and have LOVED watching your travels and overall experience traveling in your motorhome. I am excited to hear how the new van goes and what you think of it. My hubby and I would love to do what you guys are doing. We have a much older motorhome (withe the wood, lol) but we love it all the same. All the best with your beautiful new van!

    We got caught with the same issue concerning the bed… but we didn’t realise we had blown a fuse until we tried to put the bed down that night (11pm) to go to sleep! Grrr 😂
    Took us over an hour to work out what the problem was, but as the saying goes… these are the moments you look back on and laugh at! 😅
    Maybe we’ll see you on the road sometime 😃. Happy travels

      Yes we had to walk away and think about it for a while. If you didn't laugh you would cry. Thanks for the comment and we may see you out there. Cheers

    Hi guys, we are newbies to motorhome.
    Just watched your video regarding A frame. Did you pay for the van side of setting up separately, or was it included in the price you gave us.
    Ps live you channel watched all episodes

      Hi there, the van side of flat towing, just requires a tow bar which we ordered with the motorhome. The price in the video is for everything, A frame, engineering of the car and the drop hitch which slides straight into the tow bar. We love being able to tow the car now.

    Damn shame about regulations stuffing up your timeframe. So glad Jayco will rectify at their cost & you received some extra sweetners (presents) to assist in life on the road.
    Screw in the tyre (meant 3rd times the charm!)
    So the longer wheelbase, dual wheels makes it more comfortable than the shorter RM20.5 you upgraded from?

      Hi guys, yes the new one drives beautifully, not much body roll and so much more space. We dont have to constantly step around each other. Love it so far.

    Is it possible to adjust the limiting switches for the bed, to stop 5-6 cm lower and then adjust the bed locks to allow for the different?. You can also get reset able Fuses

      @headsortailsmotorhometravels77  Год назад +1

      thanks for the tip regarding the fuses. We could put a block where the bed sensor meets the current block to extend the space to be able to put the mattress topper in there. But then Brian hits his head as it is a bit low.
