      @@keemoify that's not always applicable. When cutting you have to fight against your hunger so you choose less calorie dense foods.

    John did the best,
    he didn't pick what I would have ,but it's very well rounded. You don't have to get fruits and veggies to grow ,but your health in the future will thank you.

    This one comes in at a 1st place tie with the Rubish one. The only thing I like about this one more is how there's an article that breaks down the meals and macros. Would be really awesome if that could happen more often. Regardless, thanks for another great part of the series!

    • @squishrabbit

      Cover them. Don't let the moisture escape. Let them steam themselves in the container

    At 4:50 his maths is wrong. To calculate raw weight from cooked you must multiply by 1.3(3); assuming cooked is weight is 75% of raw. Multiplying by 1.25 yields around 93%.

    cuts fat off chicken....but buys olive oil for more fat?

  • @xp5957
    @xp5957 7 лет назад +1

    his maths is bad. if you lose 25% through cooking you need go add a third to the uncooked weight, not a quarter. Sounds petty but if you need 120 ounces cooked that would mean buying 160 ounces not 150.
