I got into watching your videos because I was laying in bed one night and randomly thought “wait a second, who lives in Iceland?” Since I had never really heard much about the country before, I was curious. It’s so interesting to see how people around the world live their lives! You seem really down to earth, and I always enjoy watching your content!

Almost every Icelandic person decends from Norway. They speak (almost) the same language we spoke and wrote 1000 years ago. I wonder where Hrafna’s family originally came from. Probably from the western coast of Norway - many houndred years ago, or Perhaps 1000 years. But she might also be a descendant of the Norwegians and Icelanders that settled Greenland and Vinland, and went back to Iceland when the climate became to harse for them there. We have no historical evidence of these things, but if I had been from Iceland, I would have found it very facinating to think about. Perhaps her family once were the first Europeans in America.

Her name is over 1200 years old and one of the oldest of the viking names from Old Norse. "Hrafn" means raven and "hildur" means "battle/war" so the meaning behind her name is Battle of ravens. Really cool name. She is probably of Norwegian/Irish descent judging only from her looks. Most Icelanders are a mix of Norwegians/Swedish and Irish.

Great vlog! We have this routine we do every Saturday. Basically it won't matter how strong the person is. It will always be challenging. It consists of 5 sets of pushups. First set is the "control" set. You will do as many push ups as you can until you give up. Second to fith set will be 50% more of your total push ups in the first. Example: The most push ups I could do is 100. For my second and onwards I have to do 150 push ups. You are allowed to rest as much as you like from the second to fith, but ONLY in planks. Your chest nor knees cannot touch the floor. See if you like it :)

you probably cleared the 75 by now but Id say your clean technique is quite good. One thing you should be focusing on is to keep your elbows up; so the weight of the bar doesn't drag you down and also, it seems like once you clean the bar, you have like this tiny rebound on squat position. Try to set yourself comfortable and balanced on squat position, elbows up and you should be able to complete the rep with no problem

Your clean is so fluid I'm jealous. Been doing crossfit for 7 months now and I'm at an 85kg power clean (too scared to squat clean) but after watching you I have to do it.

Just a point to you consider it or leave it its on you
Too much of crossfit leads to muscle slack and weakness of muscles ultimately 💪💪💪 so
    Take care of yourself
You can do crossfit twice a week and as a girl you should do resistance workout and aerobic workout including cardio
    Muscle activation mobility excercises
And one more thing crossfit is a high intensity, functional movement excercises which
Require twice a week and other days you can do endurance training and weight trainin
Just separate all the days don't keep stick to one muscle it will make you muscle sting but others one would get weaker so, distribute all the programs in a week to get a much better results
    Loveingly😊💪👍
