just a quick tip to all those who try to make this - your bread will most likely not change color!!! it will not turn brown!!! i know this because when i tried baking, the bread was done in 15 minutes, but since it didn't change color, i turned the timer up, which ofcourse, turned my bread to biscuit 🤦🏻 so keep checking the oven people!!!!
I think main thing is that you have to pre heat the oven for 10 mins atleast at 250° after that you have to lower the temperature as per my experience....
@@ananyarao5449 As I did pizza perfect like a bread....same for this too I keep own for pre heat for 2 mins at 250° both up and rods on....after this I keep pizza in and bake it at 180° with same up and down rods on....for 10 mins for half bake but for this directly u can bake it for 20 mins.....as per my experience..... 🍕
Hi.. the taste was good, I got good rise out of the dough. Though the dought was way too extremely sticky, I ended up with crisp crunchy sticks insted of light airy soft garlic bread.. any fix or solution?? Open to suggestions alterations I absolutely luv to eat this as often as possible ❤️
I'm assuming you added sufficient amount and good quality yeast, Set temperature at 200-220 and bake in middle rack for 20mins without applying butter/oil on garlic bread. (U can instead use 1 spoon milk powder while making dough to get browning of bread) After baking apply butter and cover for 10 mins with damp cloth. This way u will get soft garlic breads

The dough tends to super liquidy after adding water and the yeast mixture despite of measuring it correctly. Had to add some more flour in order to get perfect consistency

The cornmeal is only to prevent the dough from sticking to the surface. You can use some other kind of flour too.
