The Airspace Lounge is awful. However, I believe they do have showers. Maybe they didn't feel like prepping it for you, which wouldn't surprise me given their staff's indifference to customer service.

Great job on the review! i'm a frequent flyer with jetBlue but i never really chose the mint experience. also its not available for the routes i use.
