there's nothing more exciting than getting a new truck for your business..I remember over the years all Ive had for 27 yrs has been pick- up trucks and I paint them black ..always. The last transfer was from a ford ranger which I had for 10 yrs to a Chevy Silverdao..have to take off the racks ..and modify everything..new logos..spent close to 3000.00 new full length tool boxes and a rack.. ..so good going..looks good you-ll be happy.. But come to think of it maybe ill get a van ..love the tool compartments inside yours.
I would absolutely love a pickup. Always looking at them but for me they wouldn’t be practical unfortunately. I’m hoping the new racking in this van will be a massive upgrade to the old lot.

Hi Lewis🖐Personally I think Renault make the best light commercial vehicle of this size out of all the manufacturers considering its running costs and purchase price. Ive got a 2015 Vivaro, (its a Renault), and its been faultless in the 9 years Ive had it. Nice to be cruising around in new wheels fella😎
Completely agree Del, I had a look at a lot of the vans out there and sticking with the same van was the best option for me by far. I tell you what Del it’s lovely driving around in a new van I’m not going to lie. I have a habit of “making do” a lot of the time, so this was a luxury to say the least.

Best of luck with it. I recently got a new Nissan primastar. Changed over for the traffic. Basically the same van. Even has little renault stamps in the back. Lovely vans though. Its a pain having to get it all sorted out though.
It’s all the expensive after you buy it ain’t it mate, like sign writing and slam locks ect… soon mounts up don’t it. I am loving having a new van though. Was yours new or nearly new ?
@@LTWCarpentry got a new one. My last one was 8 years old. Makes sense at the moment. Tax etc. I only have a couple of weeks. I haven't got the slam locks yet. Im in the middle of racking it at the moment. I don't have sign writing. All of my work is word of mouth and working for small builders. But the costs do add up. Theres no doubting that.

@@LTWCarpentry ive was pretty happy with what i had. So ive gone pretty similar. I have alot of makita makpacs so ive built it around that. The hardest part is that ive pretty organised but at the moment its been all over the place. So im constantly forgetting things or not having what i need for the job. Thats the worst part

Did you put any bolts back in when you took the roof rack off? Feel sorry for the next owner otherwise 😂 💦. I’ve got the 22 plate, the alarm is a nightmare! Goes off constantly, Renault put a new one in and it still does it. Hope you have better luck.

My alarm has been fine but my apple car play keeps cutting out constantly. Nothing is any good anymore is it 😂
