This is my favorite episode from Limitless
I was crying through most of it but in a good way, it was so wholesome and unique and educational
I admire Elsa and Chris' courage to go through such experiment and they both did it with so much grace and "acceptance"
I hope they both age beautifully together 🙏🏻💞

In a world where Hollywood usually has disposable marriages like the rest of us use paper plates, this is breathtakingly beautiful. This is how it should be. True love is more than outward beauty, even when it's between two of the most outwardly beautiful people on Earth. Their inner beauty radiated. I think it erased all doubts and solidified everything they already had. Much respect.
I think that’s because they raise their kids in Australia instead of in LA, which is great because it keeps them away from all that toxicity that resides there

That was the most beautiful thing I seen today. Made me cry with a smile, ❤ its great that they have each other their kids and family. It was really unique that they did this show. Chris Hemsworth is the best I pray for nothing but good health to him and his fanily

Every wife’s fear is how their husbands see them as they age. Elsa’s very common concern that Chris might loose interest seeing her aged. Instead, she sees how deep Chris’ love for her beyond the physical looks. That’s the key, when a marriage has gone past physical attraction to true love for each other. I know, I ‘ve been married 25 years in a society where 5 years is a long time.
Yup and that is why I think she says she felt "safe"

Personally, the idea of getting older together with my partner is one of the most beautiful chapters of a relationship for life and I look forward to live it. Dunno, the idea of waking up everyday with our love & everything and see our life experiences (all the ups, all the downs) being drawn on our skin and body day by day seems such a privilege...
Not for me. My fear is just simply loosing him. The love we have, I know I’ll always be beautiful to him no matter what and he’ll always be handsome to me no matter what. It’s his heart I fell in love with. It’s scary to think I can look over and he’s not there.

I bawled the whole way through this and was sobbing when Elsa said in tears that she felt safe. That is what ALL women want at the end of the day, to feel safe with her chosen man. Sadly few of us do.... Such a wonderful couple and clearly still love each other so much after 11 years together. Wish we could clone the good guys....X

Okay just to clarify some things, cz some sources are spreading misleading news, this episode was *NOT* about dementia and this experiment was *NOT* made for Chris' predisposition to Alzheimer's
In this episode "Acceptance" which is 1 hour and 15min long and a true *MASTERPIECE* ...
Chris Hemsworth wears the "Agnes" suit which is a suit designed to simulate old age, and experiences 3 days at a nursing home as an 87 year old
He's also surprised by his wife Elsa Pataky who's also aged with the help of makeup and prostetics
He also meets other residents who share their inspiring stories then faces his own death during a death meditation
All of this was to help Chris accept aging
Because through the science of longevity it is said that people who are more in peace with their old age and more accepting of it are far more likely to manage a happier and longer life
Because how many challenges we might face and conquer in life, death still remains the winner
We are actually limited and not limitless, but what a BLESSING it is to live a healthy and fulfilling life with our loved ones... that is what it's all about!
And this episode shows us exactly that :)

I was really trying not to cry when I watch this for the first time today I got to finish the show, the show was a breath of fresh air, inspiring, educational motivating. I’m just so much more. When this song came on, especially when he looks at her for the first time, you could really tell knew it was her right away! Love is the best thing ever

the fact that he is more likely to have alzheimer’s than the average person and this gave him an opportunity to get to see his wife’s older version just makes me cry 😭
I thought of the same thing too 🥺, I still pray he won't get Alzheimer's and gets to age beautifully with his loved ones 🙏🏻
But in any case, at least he got to experience it a little bit with his wife thanks to this series

@@HS-ml8dx he underwent genetic testing and found out he has 2 copies of the gene that is a risk factor gene for Alzheimer's and it makes him like 8x more likely to get Alzheimer's than the average person
