I’m 43 and just learned I have ADHD and I’m not even half as articulate as she is 😢 I wonder if that’s because I had childhood trauma and learned to read at thirteen on my own and I went to sooo mannny schools growing up and could never keep up. Felt out of place always in school, I was held back 2 years. Could this be why I suck at communicating what I really want to say and end up not even knowing what I just said? If so, what’s this called and do you know of any resources or if I can get better at communicating and not be weird when in conversations
I'm listening to her book now. 😊
Love you Jaclyn , happy for you
