I got pulled over at 17 and got a ticket for no license and the cop towed my car 🤣
Wait! Hold on! NO CONSEQUENCES FOR HER ACTIONS!!
She’s a 17 year old girl, she’s just starting her life do you think he wants to be guilty being the one who can ruin it right off the bat it’s really not necessary
This officer has a good heart. Kuddos to you officer. By this kind of act and empathy you have fully given this young lady someone to look up to, and straighten her up.
@@Danny099 don’t be dumb
OK IF YOU SAY SO. BUT LET ME ASK YOU THIS QUESTION GENIUS, IF THIS WAS A GUY INSTEAD OF THIS GIRL DO YOU THINK THAT THIS COP WOULD HAVE BEEN SO NICE THEN ? HELL NO HE WOULDN'T. HE WOULD HAVE GIVEN THE GUY A TICKET AND TOWED HIS CAR AND PROBABLY CHARGED HIM WITH SOMETHING.
Yeah, and show her she can cry her way out of a ticket when the rest of us who aren't young and pretty would've gotten crucified.

LOL .YUP That would be me...it's the Luck of the Draw! I'm not that PRETTY!
Crying for what reason?
“Oh, I’m caught”
Pretty girls know when they cry simps will let them go
We need more police officers like this being so nice and understanding
Are you kidding? She is putting peoples lives at risk. If she has an accident theres no insurance coverage and she could be sued for thousands, or kill someone. She should have been ticketed.
Nope. SHE LIED. She should not have been driving. This is bullshit. You're a fucking idiot.
That is wrong she could have hit somebody

Ha the only reason he was nice was because she was attractive
He was flirting until he heard “permit” and “I’m 17” then turned into dad mode😂😂
Wow 13 years ago, my gf drove my Acura with just a permit and they towed it in an instant, how lucky was she to not get it towed, especially after lying! Super chill cop
i got pulled over last summer for illegally driving without a license and all I got was a warning and the officer just had my dad and mom come get me just like what the officer was saying in this video he coulda gave me a ticket or coulda towed the vehicle I got so lucky that day

Wow. Lies to the officer, and all was okay. This lady WAS indeed quite lucky the officer was as nice as he was. Most times, driving with no license is a major fine, with the vehicle being towed.
Female privilege....
I’m a male & this happened to me once and they let me off with a warning .They let my friend who didn’t have a DL take it home
The officer just told me he didn’t want to ruin my chances to get my DL
I was also 17
She’s still young and learned her lesson so not everything was just lucky. Police teach lessons too ya know
This cop was on Live PD he is normally very humble and lenient.
I'm positive she fμcked up again a few months later. She knows she'll just get bailed out again.
This happened to me once. I was 21 on my way to work, an Officer pulled me over for speeding, he was very nice, I did not have a license or permit. He did not tow my car, he did give me a reality check by explaining what could have happened.
And you never did it again?
@@mehmeh533 no, I got my license, and have never gotten a ticket since.
Yeah honestly same, I got pulled over by a drug enforcement agent for driving with a dealership tag. He pulls me over and is like “I thought you were gonna run” I have an older sports car that’s quick not fast. I was shitting my pants, he was an ass and I mentioned someone in my neighborhood drives the same type of cop car. He says or really and blah blah blah. Well I knew who it was just didn’t know he was the head of the narcotics department, he pulls up and is like “you used to drink juice boxes in my house now you’re smoking weed and driving without a tag” he makes me follow him to his office in my car and we just sat and talked for a few hours about everything. I’ve now gotten my life together since then. Just so easy to lose track of it but I’m doing great now
Great call by the Cop. that is how Police can start getting confidence back in the community
BULLCRAP, THE ONLY REASON THAT SHE GOT AWAY WITH IT WAS BECAUSE SHE WAS A GIRL PERIOD. I GUARANTEE YOU IF THAT WAS A GUY HE WOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH SOMETHING OR GIVEN A TICKET OR HAD HIS VEHICLE TOWED EVEN ARRESTED FOR LYING TO THE POLICE OFFICER. BUT SINCE IT WAS A CUTE GIRL THE COP LET HER GO SCOTT FREE.
@@starknight2262 That's exactly right. It's female privilege! And not a single feminazi has a problem with it. But they hate the "patriarchy"!
Gotta start holding them accountable.. REAL equality
Or how we lose even more faith in the system. If that had been a black guy, would he have let him go? Or how about just a guy? Or an ugly 40 year old? BULLSHIT. She LIED to the cops. She needed to be taught a better lesson.
I just fell in love with that 👮 😂❤❤❤❤😊
She deserves a citation minimum of $1,475. . .
She didn’t get a ticket because he is a lieutenant and has no idea where his ticket book is 😂.
LT worked the streets before getting promoted. Even when they make it you will see them out there checking on their people/doing some of the same grunt work. Some do this more than others. Depends on the dept/manpower.
@@EddieLeal I know, it was a joke my dude.
Lesson learned: stay beautiful and all you'll get is a warning..... From a guy cop. Female cop no guarantee!
Sooo true !! ☺️
Oh my god I would've got my ass dragged if I was lying like that lol
Idk man I'm a pretty ugly dude and I get out of tickets alot lol
@@kyleculp7520 yes same with me. I'm certain that good looking people do get an edge. But us ugly people get bones thrown our way from time to time.
Why would you say something like that being a police officer that just goes to show you not all police officers are good
Damn she’s cute 😂😂😂 she’s legal now
I was about shocked when she said she was only 17. I thought she was like a single mother or something maybe 30 years old
Same here. Just speculating but a tough childhood has a way of aging you quickly. May be the oldest of her siblings, having to look after them, work and school.
@@EddieLeal Yeah I was definitely shocked when she said 17 years old. Seems like the officer had a little crush on her from the beginning. Wouldn't be surprised if he started doing a little cyberstalking later 🙄

What about her makes her look like a single mom? 🤣🤣🤣
Can’t believe she disrespected the sanctity of the pinky promise by lying.
What's mom doing letting an unlicensed driver operate her vehicle?... Mom needs to be cited.
Us Mexicans need permit from our parents and we good haha

If you had understood the video, she lied to the officer multiple times and mama didn't know her daughter had the car and grandma said, "You've been warned about that", so obviously she had driven moms car without permission and documents before.

Imagine her parents watching Cops on TV...
He's a good guy. A good judge of character, because he knew she wasn't a troublemaker; just a kid making a bad kid decision. And he's a father, too, so he could relate to her that way. She'll remember the break he gave her and do better in the future.
I think it’s because he was being filmed knew a lot of people would watch the encounter didn’t want to come off as an ass

You making this comment.
BULLCRAP. IF THAT WAS A GUY DO YOU THINK THAT THE COP WOULD HAVE BEEN THIS NICE ? NOT A CHANCE IN HELL. IF THIS WAS A GUY THEN THIS COP WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM A TICKET AND TOWED HIS CAR AND EVEN ARRESTED HIM FOR LYING TO HIM. I'M SO SICK AND TIRED OF THE DOUBLE STANDARDS. GIRLS GET AWAY WITH SO MUCH CRAP WHILE THE GUYS ARE THE ONES THAT ARE ALWAYS GETTING ARRESTED OR CHARGED WITH SOMETHING.
Nope! She learned (probably not for the first time) that she'll easily get away with bad decisions. Because she is cute. And ofc because she is a female.
I agree. I still remember a cop letting me off with a warning and a scolding when I made a stupid kid decision while driving. I can still vividly remember what he looked like. His kindness really made an impact on me.
the difference when you find a good cop you make a difference in the community
This is a real Cop. I salute him. I've got hope for the future.
as a person who is becoming one i only look at people like this for inspiration if being nice kills me ill die a nice guy
Yep, keep letting people that lie and break the law off. Perfect.
The best optimistic officer I've seen. Great personality, and positive demeanor. We need more officers like this.

Why, so you can cry your way out of a ticket after lying about not having a license?

Having a license doesnt EXCLUDE one from being able to get into an accident.

So once again, the cute girl with no license, no permit and who lied to the cop gets off with an all-smiles, gentle warning.
Wtf!? I got a ticket for driving w/o a permit and MY MOM was in the passenger seat!!
Were you a cute girl at the time?
@@magnificentfailure2390 hahahaja, unfortunately no
😂😂😂😂😂 that sucks, I’d be pissed too after watching this 💯
Its just not ok.. she lied and broke the law.
It’s called discretion. Maybe if your mom was a milf the cop would have let you off with a warning. But seriously it’s all about your criminal history and if you seem like a decent person or if you’re malicious. She probably has a squeaky clean record and she is a young woman. Makes sense to give that person a break. They still document the stop and if she was pulled over again the next day with no license again, she would absolutely get a ticket.
Attitude goes a LONG way.
I remember this segment really well!
And yet ANOTHER example of how compliance and respect for law enforcement will keep you from getting shot.
Yep, cute and turns on the tears and everything is forgiven.
So much for the pinky swear.
Thank God she happened to get a really kind n understanding cop, we all can tell she is just a teen that's really anxious n excited to be able to drive and I have 2 teens 18 n 16 n I always tell them they don't need to hurry to grow up cherish the young years. My son has OCD,ADHD n is very impulsive so I'm so worried for him to drive, I cherish every day of my kids growing up cuz we all think we have a lifetime but life n death are very unpredictable n years fly by so fast, way too fast n I hate that🥹🙌🤔🤷🏻♀️🙏🥰

haha look how nice the cop is to the young, pretty girl. Even if she's breaking the fucking law.
Traffic stops are up to officer discretion. There's no point in giving a kid a stain on their record and towing the vehicle for a stupid decision.
She's just driving on a permit it's not like she's running around guns and crack
@@NicCageForPresident2024 she had no permit.
@@nancyfahey7518 I guess that's my mistake I thought that someone said she had a permit. Then again I let my brother drive my modified Mk2 Jetta GLi and he didn't have a license. This was back when I was younger and he was even younger. Was trying to raise so I told him just to give him a quick ass whooping and next thing I knew we were getting pulled over by State Patrol. The cop wrote him several tickets but he didn't take him to jail and let me take my car over again. And we are Native American. I think it may have helped that I was in the army of the time made it a little less harsh.
When I was 15 or 16 I got pulled over just down the street from my house, I was driving my friends car without a license, and he was in the passenger seat super high. Get pulled over, I had a few grams of weed, a grinder, a pipe, and again NO LICENSE. Cop was irritated but had my mom walk to get me, and he called my friends mom and let him drive home. He took all of our drugs and paraphernalia and that was that. Also got pulled over once and there was 3 of us smoking a blunt. The lady officer recognized my friend in the back who was on probation and somehow in her mind, she gave us the benefit of the doubt and just said hey, you’re on probation and being drug tested, you’re obviously not smoking, so you drive. And we drove off lmao
What a nice officer❤️

Man in Australia you'd meet with hostile cops, a fine and your car towed.
He really let her off like that with no permit or license?! Why can’t that happen to me lmfao
Cute girl, she's lucky she got a good cop. Good job officer
Step- Mom should get the ticket! Letting "Katie" drive a car with no "permit" and no adult in the car? She should have known better and should have been the one driving both of them. Taking the boyfriend "home"...all of this would have been avoided. Just WOW! Maybe the Cop should have gotten a ticket for letting little "cutie" I mean Katie go? After reading a few of the Comments below
I think she should have gotten a WARNING ticket, at least it would have taught her a real lesson.. with a "paper trail"...

That girl is actually so lucky, when i was caught driving without a license they gave me a ticket, towed the car, and i wasnt able to get my license for a longer period of time.
“She’s a good kid”. Driving without a license and straight lying to the police. Real good kid you got there.
And grand theft auto.
Honestly it’s not that big of a deal. It was a white lie that was quickly confessed to when it was addressed and nobody was hurt. Yes she’s in the wrong but sometimes a respectful chat and warning goes further than him using every trick up his sleeve to make things as difficult as possible. Not sure where you’re from but where I grew up this is beyond normal and there are a lot of kids doing a hell of a lot worse.
Since when does lying make you a bad kid? All kids lie at some point and many times people in general lie out of fear not cause they are bad people.
