Thank you for an obvious truthful and honest review. I’m 5-8 175lbs, I like wearing my chest rig very high on my chest because I like wearing a battle belt so that it doesn’t interfere with my belt. I’ve found that 99% of the chest rigs just aren’t designed for shorter people.
Odd that they put bungee on the H harness, but not on the waist strap where it really needs it. This looks like a prototype with some small flaws in the strap system.
Good review. Quick question. I run SAR and finding a good chest rig has been difficult. Some like coaxsher don’t have enough organization for my taste and don’t have a spot for an ifak. I’ve been considering trying a tactical like rig next. The thing is that we are allowed to carry a sidearm concealed. The chest rig is the best spot in my opinion. Do you know if a full size handgun would fit in that general purpose pouch or if BFG has one that could?
hey, i am a freshman in highschool and in my sophmore year i am changing my career endorsement to paramedic but there are 2 courses i am tryin to decide on 1-sports medicine(very hands on and realy want to do it) 2-medical science and terminology ( if i take this course its a fast track to my local carrier center:associates degree and gradiate with EMT cert) so should i do hands on or career enhancement type thing love your vids your the reason i wanna be a paramedic 👋🏾 pls reply🙏🏾 thx.
Hey sam great content, in your opinion which medical kit would you take to the range, from North American Rescue, to my medic, dark angel so on and so forth, between those and any other I can’t think of which pre made would you bring to range and which would you keep in a go bag in your truck or Jeep? Thank you.
Hey so I’m in Boy Scouts right and I’m my troops honorary medic and we’re trying to make it an official position but that’s beside the point I just wanted to ask do you have any tips for something like that
One thing that would be very beneficial is getting through some legit first aid class, theres plenty all over the country so if you have the means to it would be very well worth it.
Take it from someone who kinda filled that role: Well stocked first aid kits are great, but you should also learn how to improvise when you're under equipped. Take an actual first aid course. ARC First Aid, Wilderness First Aid, etc.
Did you find the right side heavier than left with the way it was laid out? Also, have you ever tried a vest? Not as tactical but it seems like it might spread the load out better. I haven’t tried one out yet but I have been looking into it.
Dude...for sizing straps, you set it where you want it and duct tape the two sides together. Then, you can just take the tape off if you want to change it. Is this not common knowledge? I do it for all my weapons straps even if they pinky swear the buckles won't shift.
Ooh, Sam lookin' fresh!
Looks like a firefighter now 😂
Mac from super troopers
Like the new look!!

Great video man
In honor of @garandthumb who tragically lost his life at shotshow 2023 due to shrimp at a questionable club.

"Goose" is alive! I fell the need...the need for speed!
Pro tip, BFG makes the loops on their side clips molle compatible to add an extra row of molle
Was just about to write that.
Me too.
Been waiting for this chest rig to get released for a while. I feel like it would work great as an active shooter rig for patrol.
Great job on the video sir can’t wait to see your next video please stay safe out there
You rock the 'stache really well!
Love the moustache! 😂💪

New tier unlocked: mustached paramedic.
Great rig

Buy a Hill People Gear SAR chest rig. It is exactly what you are looking for
I use a Ferro Chesty Wide with a DOPE pouch on it, so I can also use it for mags if i like. The pouch inserts work for all the admin stuff I need.
Just got accepted into a Coast Guard EMT course

How many first aid merit badges do you have? Your best "tool" is between your ears! This rig is cool though.
Once a scout, always a scout.

Not really load baring is pretty even. Also, what do you mean by vest?
How is jump medic pro med kit compared to refuge or some others?
Can’t say I am familiar with the jump medic pro. Who makes it, I’ll reach out.
What's up with the state trooper haircut?
Post some content from the range!
Duck tap will solve the strap sizing issues.
I did something similar with my thigh strap for my holster with electrical tape
check out DirectAction Hurricane split chest rig
Get some.
Army just took away my taps n gave me something similar to this.

No Sir, not this mustache. This makes you look bad.

Sure, but I am not reviewing the kit if you modify everything. I am reviewing it as is out of the box.
