Soraru usually keeps his face partially covered although you can find pictures of half of his face here and there. But the thing is that they (and some other utaites) both do *LIVE* concerts in Japan and meet & greets, so the fans can meet and see them there :) So yeah, it's not like they're 100% anonymous or in hiding. By the way, for the concerts, the cameras never film their faces directly, but you can see them a bit there. You can find those videos on RUclips~

Mafu actually often has very dark thoughts despite always sounding so happy and cheerful (tbh it's often the extremely cheerful people who have the darkest thoughts), so the fact Soraru always listens so carefully and cares deeply has always been really helpful to him, he brings a very positive light into Mafu's life. But tbh it's not only Mafumafu, there are several utaites who, with the way they speak, seem to see Soraru as a mentor/confident/big brother they can always talk to and rely on. He's such a wholesome person ♥ I hope he can also open to others like they open to him.
