Chrissy is 17 (almost 18) and Eddie is 19 or 20, at most (this is from the Stranger Things Wiki). In my book, a 17 year-old is perfectly able to have a relationship with a 19/20 year-old, as long as that person is not in a position of power or influence. Here we have two people who grew up together, go to the same school, see each other as equals, etc. Also, I'm not saying legality = morality, but the age of consent in Indiana is 16 years-old. Teenagers are not children and can have sexual agency; Chrissy is able to give consent. Therefore, I have no problem shipping them. I'm not saying this age gap is always ok, but in this situation, I don't see any issue with it. If you disagree, that's fine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i think that even though one was extreme with his comments about the "hospital" to eleven, what he was doing wasn't exactly the same as gaslighting because he was telling the truth. "Papa" was keeping the children prisoner and doing experiments on them, he didn't make that up. I think he just mentions things when they're convenient for him in order to get eleven on his side. but he wasn't lying about what was going on.

Honestly at this point I think Steve is just waiting to fall in love like that will solve everything. He and Jonathan should go on a road trip and just find themselves. They both seem lost. And Nancy doesn't even seem like she wants to be in a serious relationship. I think she just thinks she should want that because this is the 80's or whatever. She should go to college and do her awesome career. Then maybe somewhere down the line she ends up with Jonathan. Probably not with Steve, I can't imagine she actually wants six kids and a Winnie the Pooh or whatever.
