I love this house and the spiral stairs. The side porch is so clever. I’ve been toying with the idea of using it in an Alpine set up. You made great use of all the spaces, even the cute little nook at top! Enjoyable video!

Lucky Macavity Cat family! 😊The Woodland Lodge is an awesome house, I love the balcony, all the stairs it comes with and the way you decorated! ❤😺The folded umbrellas on the entrance, the bunk bed and the living room are my favourite parts. This is absolutely lovely, I watched your first video, introducing yourself this morning from a few years ago. As a child, I always wanted a dolls house, but I never had one. I discovered they joy of collecting Slyvanians a few months before the shop in London closed down. After my 1st visit there,followed by many more,I became hooked. II now have a collection of houses, furniture, shops, and vehicles. I am so pleased to have the dolls house I always wanted, with extras. At 60 years old now,It was well worth the wait ❤
Your story sounds like mine! I started to collect about 3 years ago. I am 61 years old. I have a guest room in my home filled with Sylvanian Families. I display mine in the box but I do have many "extra" figures along with homes, businesses and vehicles. My kids are now in their thirties and forties and are finally glad they are able to get me gifts. (I was so plain they never knew what to get).
@debby8428 it's a lovely hobby to have and very therapeutic. I only have a small chest of drawers, which I use for setups,but it can hold up to 4 houses plus cars,which I have fun changing scenes every so often. The rest is in storage draws and boxes when not in use to keep the dust off. Glad to hear there are other collectors my age😂 Enjoy and have fun.

Thank you! The book is the Sylvanian Families Exhibition Encyclopaedia and it's a Japanese only (I think) release. I got mine secondhand, so that's probably the best bet for getting a copy now as it's out of print.
