Some things... 1) The Woman with her husband didn't kill herself, she was killed by a visitor (either the guy in flannel or larger woman in yellow, and while the bald man in a suit is a human he actually is a murderer and will kill other residents) 2) You turned away a lot of humans... (Sun Guy & Surgeon) and let in a lot of visitors (Cold Jacket Guy, Amogus Guy, Middle Aged Woman, Flannel Guy) 3) You are correct that visitor bodies are mutilated and censored while humans that die turn into body bags, however FEMA also only takes humans from you, they will never take a visitor 4) The Widowed Woman's husband is actually a visitor but she herself counts as a human and other residents will not die because of her and she does not contribute to any visitor endings or events, FEMA can actually take her.
