Sorry for the confusion. For baby girls, place the bottom (creased part opposite of the rounded bend in adhesive) part of the adhesive area on the skin between the rectum and opening of the vagina. The excess clear plastic part of the bag should point down toward the baby's feet. Apply the bag by firmly pressing the adhesive, from bottom to top, against the skin around the external skin folds around the vagina. Hope this helps!
