How did you get it to work? When I tried it it was stuck at 46%. I haven't updated windows since June because every time I try to update it I get errors and when I try to fix them I get more errors. The media creation tool is like the only method I haven't tried yet and I can't get it to work because it's stuck at 46% also it took about 2 hours just to get to 46% then it got stuck and doesn't go any further than that.
