Love this infusion of rose petals…. Awesome. I do an infusion of lavender and rosemary from my garden. Very special!
Beautiful soap as usual! Ty
Your soap is absolutely lovely!! Palmarosa (palm rose - cymbopogon martinii) and rose geranium (pelargonium capitatum) are indeed two different plants.
Thanks! Good info.
You were right, that came to trace so fast! It turned out lovely.
Thanks! Yes, it was a quick one...
You are my favorite Artisanal Soaper. So inspiring!
🥰 thank you so much 💕
Amazing ingredients and a beautiful soap. Thank you for sharing!
Blessings ~Lauren
Thank you.☺️
Beautiful bars!
💖💞Such a beautiful swirl design! Love it!💞💖
Country Cottage Candles and Soaps Brandy 😊
That turned out gorgeous I love it
Thank you
NOT THE SAME ESSENTIAL OIL - SOAP LOOKS GORGEOUS
Thanks, I need to do more research on those different ones.
Ellen, I am seeing this video today😎
Wow! That is sooo pretty!!! Could a person use grass fed plain yogurt instead of buttermilk?
Yes, yogurt soap is wonderful❣️
Gorgeous
Thanks
Lovely 🥰
Thanks 🤗
Hi there! Wonderful soap! It looks beautiful. I have a question. So after you've made the soap did you allow the soap to sit out in the mold or did you refrigerate it for a few hours and then let it sit out?
Thanks 💕. After I pour the soap, I wait about 24 hours to unmold and cut, then it goes on the drying/curing rack for 4-6 weeks😉
@@EllenRuthSoap Thank you so much! I went to other soap makers channels and asked them questions but I never get a response, you're the only one that responded to me. Thank you so much!!!
I admire your beautiful work. Very inspiring. Can I please ask, what is the finished size of your bars?
Thank you ☺️ My bars are usually between 4.5 & 6 oz
Ellen Ruth Soap Thank you 😊
I just found your channel this morning, and love it! You make such lovely soap. May I ask where you got your mold, and which mold you used for the Buttermilk and Rose soap? Thank you!
Thank you! And welcome! I'm using the triple tall skinny from Workshop Heritage
Ellen Ruth Soap Thank you very much, Ellen!🙂 I wish you all the best!
Hey Ellen! Love your work BTW!! How do you store your extra soap? How long do they last?
I store my soaps on wire shelving, in a dry, cool area. They just get better with time, harder and gentler... They've found soap in France that is several hundred years old, and it's still good!
If you don’t mine could let me know where you purchase your stamp I have wasted so much money on stamps I’ve been trying to get that type of lettering or could you tell me what type is call you have very lovely soap
I got mine from etsy www.etsy.com/shop/Digital2Cre8
I noticed on quit a bit of ur videos when you use TD, you don’t use the stick blender after you pour the TD into ur batter. Why is that?
I always make sure it's blended in well, either with a whisk, spoon, or blender 😉
Hi Ellen, you said Rose petal solar infused olive oil ,can you tell about that how to do and quality?
I describe how to do it in the beginning of the video, it's very easy and makes a nice infusion.
I love to get some of your soap can you please tell me how many bars per order
If you're in the U.S. you can order any amount from my web site ellenruthsoap.com
Can you put the measurements of the ingredients plese!
I don’t share this particular recipe. But I do share several soap recipes in other videos 😉
Where do you get the red reef clay? I'm having trouble finding some, and I can't see the brand in your video.
I got mine from Amazon, but for some reason it's really hard to find right now 😒
@@EllenRuthSoap Ya I can't find any on amazon lol When I search for it other clays come up.
does rose clay n rose powder the same? because i cant find any rose clay
They are not the same, rose clay is a kaolin type clay and rose powder is just that - ground rose petals. Both are great, but different. Look for blush clay or red clay if you can't find "rose clay".
@@EllenRuthSoap ok tq. 🥰
Soap was gorgeous, though I think the rose buds on top took away from the beauty of the soap.
Why are you wearing gloves if it is natural? Plainly for not getting your hands stained or dirty? As someone who would buy something like this, explaining why you wear gloves is essential for purchase.
Wearing gloves while working with sodium hydroxide is a must, it's a safety precaution. Once the soap is saponified, the gloves can come off.
Every soap you make looks just incredible!
