pani puri recipe | golgappa | puchka recipe | pani poori recipe with detailed photo and video recipe. perhaps one of the most common and popular indian street food recipe. basically it is combination of street food recipe made with small puri balls filled with spiced and mashed aloo and a specially made spiced water. it is often served as a dessert snack after having spicy chaat recipes like, bhel puri, sev puri or pav bhaji recipes.

Thanks for the recepie. please answer can we roll a big puri and then cut small puri size with cutter and after finishing the full dough of 5 cups then fry. Or we should fry after finishing each bach of one cup?

In south Indian style my mother also mixes 'Sweet Dates(Kajur)' which makes the sweet water even more tasty....

Where we live, the street vendors give tamarind water as teekha paani and yellow peas stuffing. The preparation is different across cities.
@@funtime-bd6yj street style would only put more masala. This one is way better in terms of hygiene and taste.
@fun time do some work out before preparing and put all the sweat in paani and aloo, then put tap water instead of portable water in preparation of paani, then you’ll get street style taste 🤪😂😂
Tried this recipe today, and it was okay tho.. but I’d prefer not to add coriander powder or cumin powder to the water, and yes adding a little jaggery with the “Khatta meetha pani” makes it even better
