@@richashrivastava8284 i used normal temperature water basically ro purifying water/mineral water And i covered the dough with a damp soft cloth for about half an hour. And most importantly is to take the proper quantity of baking soda not too much not to less. Bcz it will make ur pain pure fluff in hot oil when frying.
I have followed ur recipe for samosa it came out really really good.. I gave it to my house owner.. she was so happy she couldn't believe I made it myself 😅😅 now it's tym for panipuri thank you ...
