Updating Bios from DELL IDRAC
easy fastest and secure way to update Bios from Dell Idrac
full procedure and steps below
login to Dell Idrac Default ip: 192.168.0.120
Default username: root
Default password: calvin
Go to idrac settings then update and rollback
click browse and choose your update files
in my video i updated BIOS and Added OS deployment driver pack.
upload the files
once uploaded select all
click install and reboot if you want to reboot ur server now
or click install next reboot to install the update on next reboot
go to job queue to monitor the job
you can add multiple files and update your Server.

FYI, for older IDRACs you need to extract the firmimg.d6 file and upload that.
