I have used the phone for about 10 days now, and overall, it's a great device. I initially despised the lack of a headphone jack but I got a Type C earphone. The display is excellent as expected; the sound is better than many midrange devices and the charging speed is great and so is the battery life. Overall, if you can overlook the lack of the earphone jack and the camera notch, it's a great device.
What I hate about using the type c port for audio is that it loosens the port quicker, especially if you're some who listens while on the move. It's not that they can't fit a jack, they just don't want to so you can buy their wireless audio devices. A 2.5 jack with an in-built dac would be better

Was using a Samsung budget device Samsung a04s, horrible experience. Got myself the Oppo Reno 5 and am really happy I did. don't go for Samsung budget devices. They are horrible.
For the record Oppo Reno 5 is a lot of tiers above the A04s which was released 2 years ago, and the requirements for a good smartphone was different then especially in that price point

@preston8872 Would not get the A25 since it`s a downgrade compared to the A54. Would not get the A35 since it basically uses the same processor as the A54 so it`s basically the same phone. If you get a Samsung the recommended choice would be the A55. As for the motorola or iphone I can`t help there since I don`t use those brands.

@izziboye I feel like it's going to be the same, at least with what I've seen so far. Most of the beta testers behave as if they're being paid to not have any input. The icon size thing, they'll say use good lock, any small thing; use good lock. If we are honest, iOS 18 icon customisation makes our's look ridiculous. No need for 3rd party app.
But the competition doesn't offer good software or software support , they also don't give you a great camera , also the difference between 90hz to 120hz is not big difference at all
@izzi boye please I need help setting up Samsung care for my A16 4G device. There's a point it gets to that requires ID number, I don't even know what ID is being referred to. I've checked online for help, I couldn't find anything related to it. Please help
Any ID you have, preferably government issued. Maybe try your NIN if you don't have drivers license or international passport, and make sure you select the passport checkbox under it

The M35 is better than the A16 in everyway. The only advantage the A16 has over the M35 is the 6 years of OS support as opposed to 4 years in the M35.

I must say that a U-notch in a 2024 device is disappointing. I own A15, and even at that point, a U-notch was disappointing.
