What is the meaning of " sorry ,you have exceeded your sharing quota" ? user getting this error while sharing a file from google drive.

Thank you for posting and sorry that you are encountering such problems.
Such error is preventing users to spam its sharing option at once. Can you please try the following?
Clear your cookies and cache.
Sign out and back in to your Google Account.
Try Incognito/private window.
Disable extensions/add-ons/plug-ins.
Try a different browser to see if this is browser-related issue.
If these won´t work, you can try sharing again after 24 hours.
