Maybe you need to upgrade your Hardware. it is not easy for a game to force shutdown your computer. windows by default prevents apps from doing user actions

what happens if drive containing, Backed-up folders need to be formatted, then also can file be recovered?
On PC when you go to Windows Explorer>Google Drive it does not show up this Computer folders that are being backed up and synced. To know which folders on PC are being backed up and synced you have to go to the system tray Google Drive Settings>Preferences to see the folders. Even then you cannot know the path of the folders unless you hover over your mouse over the folder name. This is very silly and Google should give this computer's list of folders and files from Windows Explorer under Google Drive folder.
If the pc is formatted, will all the data of google drive be deleted? which is sync my pc & mobile

this is just a sync, not a backup. if you delete your file from your pc you will loose it on your google drive too.
