I have had the fridge for close to four years now and do not have any door issues. How long has it been going on? Did you check all the drawers and seals to make sure nothing is in the way?

Thank you for your patience. I took a photo of the model number and a video of its sounds. Model is WFRA60SMHN00. As far as sound, the fridge is completely silent, most of the time. On occasion, probably as it changed temperature, it will hum softly. It is not very loud and does not last for long, as best as I can tell. Humming in the video is not from the fridge. I will try to upload the video but it will be a separate video.

I think it is a produce freshness filter and freshness indicator strip at the top.
