So much of these way older homes are located far from city life. Quite the love story, but a sad ending once someone passes away. Seems like these remnants of a home and things left behind can become our once grandparents home. Life is short, you never know when your time is up, and the things that were important are not that important if not passed on to the next generation. Thanks for the tour!

What a wonderful time capsule. With it been so remote you can see that it's just going to left to rot and collapse, the history lost. The small shovel looked like a ceremonial one, given to VIPs who planted a tree/broke ground for ages building etc. Also fun fact the old pound coin is as old as you Dave, (fellow '83 baby)

Its a granddaughter clock love, grandfather the largest, grandmother middle size and the granddaughter the smallest. The maccano sets are 1930s/ 40s. What a beautiful house i bet its massive when its empty you should call it the house of books 📚

I really enjoyed this one. Of all your explores, this was one in which the personality of the owner really came through. I can picture him with his red jeans and his straw boater, with his picnic hamper, reading his Wisden books at Lord's while watching the cricket. He must have been a real character; what a shame all his stuff has been left to rot.

23.11.24 05:36 morning Men, this house reminds me of my parents house a Victorian Semi detached in Eccles Manchester, He was very much the same and kept everything. Born in 1930 departed 2002. A Londoner. He was a carpenter joiner worked in Buckingham Palace and did all the windows and shelving for Timpsons Shoe Shops. Watching this reminds me of growing up, I'm 67 now retired and still collecting. Brilliant life learning from him and miss him daily. Great to see this video and thanks for being respectful. Cheers 🍻
This was an amazing find guys so deceiving from the outside. So many preserved items inside. Im glad its hidden away harder for vandals to find. Some stuff needs to be in a museum so many beautiful items. Definitely bring Mark on some more explores love seeing you with other explorers but you seem more relaxed and at home when you and mark are together you make a great team. I love your videos; your humor we all need a good humor these days. Most of all I enjoy UK explores something I don't see a lot of you have the door open for that and I enjoy it very much. And I search for longer videos You took your time and showed us this place at the pace I like to see. I have collected antiques I enjoy seeing these discoveries. It is sad when collectors die or have to leave their homes because it's no longer safe it does make you take a step back and say why do I do this? It's because we love it, and we have to learn when to be satisfied with what we have and enjoy it. Some stuff needs to be in a museum so many beautiful items. Definitely bring Mark on some more explores love seeing you with other explorers but you seem more relaxed and at home when you and mark are together you make a great team. I love your videos; your humor we all need a good humor these days. Most of all I enjoy UK explores something I don't see a lot of you have the door open for that and I enjoy it very much. And I search for longer videos You took your time and showed us this place at the pace I like to see. I have collected antiques I enjoy seeing these discoveries. It is sad when collectors die or have to leave their homes because it's no longer safe it does make you take a step back and say why do I do this? It's because we love it, and we have to learn when to be satisfied with what we have and enjoy it. Great investigation of a once lovely old estate. A night investigation would be interesting with maybe some paranormal bits involved. Mark would be a wonderful addition to your travels of abandoned places.
