I made this as first solo recipe without mom's any help and fed to my papa as a guinea pig when he came home after long day at work. Even though I did not fry kofta for long, it was uncook palak dough, he ate it with lots of compliments on gravy, without any nakhra. When I ate later, I realized that kofta was undone. Then I realized my dad's love for their daughter. Loved papa's style of encouragement and Sanjay kapoor style cooking. I'm 44 now, it was around 90's

I still have the written recipe of Sham Savera. I was always ready with diary pen whenever Khana Khazana was played on Zee TV. I loved the way Sanjeev Kapoor used to speak while making recipes, and the most of all the dimples 😅
Bhaiya palak aur paneer ek sath nahi khane chahiye kyuki palak mein iron hota hai aur paneer mein calcium. Aur dono ek sath jab sarir mein jate hai toh absorption rate intestine mein Kam ho jata hai . By the way recipe seems delicious.
