The plugin file is now a regular .zip file for installation, just like you're used to with other addons. This should prevent any download problems you might have had before :)
You would have to select the Particle Object in the Particle Collection (which is in the main Dust Particles Collection). Then go to the Object Properties and under "Ray Visibility" you can uncheck "Shadows".
Hey thanks for reaching out, this could happen due to a browser safety feature, so that you can‘t directly download a python script (Blender Addon). Normally it should work if you then make a right click on the file and then save it 🤔
@@vicubeanimation Google cobwebs. I mean the circular webs. The current version of AgedFX does not add those. so i still have to use image planes to manually add them.

This is such an amazing help! thank you for making this addon and having it be easy to use and understand.
Many thanks 🙏❤️
Interesting addon to consider
Thanks :)
Can materials be baked? Thank you looks really nice.
Thanks! Not at the moment, the addon is more for procedural effects, otherwise some functions would go like the dynamic dust side visibility etc.

Does it work on blender 3.6
Hey, it is made for Blender 4.0 or newer due to the new Principled BSDF which is needed for the plugin to work correctly :)
The python script just opens up in my browser instead of downloading, how do I work around this?
I just used a python compiler and copy pasted the code and it worked

For anyone else catching this - I just right click > save link as and add .py to the file name.
update suggestions add insects sir 🙌
Good idea, i‘ve already added it to the wishlist for later :)
One thing im noticing is the cobwebs are just wires, no real webs.
Hey, what do you mean with wires and not real webs?
