Thank you very much for the break down and extensive explanation… I am 34 and have been going through this plus other health issues since my late 20s (I’m 34). I came out of hospital on Friday with a GTN spray… I am researching but if you could make a video on it that would be fantastic thank you 🙏🏾❤️🇬🇧 Edit: No I have never been over weight, I ate healthy within reason lol and was always athletic. First my heart in 2014 then I had sepsis in my left kidney 2017 then had a silent stroke a few months later in 2017. It has only continued to get worse since then
In my opinion, if you are prone to be angry with somethings and hate somebody, you are likely to have high blood pressure. If you are peaceful and easy-going person, you won't get high blood pressure.
