I'm pretty sure the ancient eggs are unlocked instantly and you don't have to go unlock them manually. The reason I say this is because soap cat egg (unlocked after 40 behemoth stages) and cop cat egg (unlocked after 55 behemoth stages) are super rares.
Great video, as for this challenge, it's certainly possible until Soractes, who would be the biggest roadblock. It's best to just hope there will be some kind of sage powercreep by then. Also there will be some impossible stages due to restrictions but those are not integral to beating the game e.g. babies first or king wah wah. (Also real one even though I skimmed through the video)
On one hand, without the right Legend Units, SoL/UL can be a nightmare to clear, on the other hand, I’ve beaten Gigahaniwan, Super Hyppoh, Mega Mooth, Le’Grim and recently Omens with 4 Star Restrictions… so, I’m quite split.

Honestly this sounds like a cool challenge and a fun take on a playthrough of the game, having so many options while still removing some of the highest staples like the erasers, dragons, uberspam, even stuff like seafarer and can-can, plus no cyber-cheese. I wish you luck on your endeavors, but besides already hard stages my guess is the only roadblocks would be restriction stages that don't allow special and rare cats. Wah-wah is impossible and thus his reward is impossible to get too(I don't remember what it is so it might not even be usable) and some restriction fights for advents and cyclones might be impossible to get some true forms, but the biggest one is if Cats of the Cosmos has any since that would make starred aliens near impossible to face when they start showing up in other content.

I am definitely a cat believer. If you can beat Curry Comet on 3 Crown without UL units (including Doron). I see no problem in you beating this game with 4 Crown Restrictions on permanently (unless CotC restrictions)
