If we send message when users appear offline (when they are actually online), will the icon be a full grey circle with white tick to show they read ? How will we know users read our message during "off availability" mode ?
Hi. My fb app is updated but there’s no option as to the “active status” bar..? Been wondering on how to fix it as I dont like to show Im active in Messenger if I only opened the fb app.
I have somebody who I have one two facebook accounts, they only have access to mobile messenger, they didn't take me off their friends nor block me.. but one one account they are active the other account they are not.. how did they do this on messenger? I know it can be done on desktop facebook, but how can this be done on mobile version?
This is not true...I have done this on both my android & my Galaxy note 8 & a friend of mine says it still shows me active. What am I doing wrong or how can I fix this. For me it is a serious problem & I am so sick of if. Please help...thank you 🙂

i choose to appear offline for days but then notice i appeared online again. i dont remember changing it. is it a glitch?
I turn it off but can't submit or confirm, then I check my status again and appear back online. Any suggestions?

application to prevents user to send message from his messenger to any one ?
It doesn't work. It only removes the (green dot) which indicates who's active. But it doesn't turn off our "active light" from our friends.
Messages are delivered even when active status is off.
