100ft ethernet cable... that's it?? I have a 200ft ethernet cable that I have to use with my video switcher and looking at possibly a LTE router that can be fine tuned to actually work a little better than cell phones at times. I'm also working on being able to run the switcher from my van and run the cameras and microphones 100-200 feet away.
We use event live, inexpensive, easy, tap the link and stream, the link is displayed on the invitation and it can be viewed for up to 30 days and or downloaded
Great Video!... good information. I use Mixcloud for my streams directly from Virtual DJ with a camera connected to the laptop and capturing directly. With Mixcloud you don't have to worry about RUclips knocking you out when you play cr music. Mixcloud is a paid service for the DJ, but it is very easy for the link. In fact, I created a forwarding address to my permanent Mixcloud site so that users can go to that when I stream.
Hi! Do you create a separate link for the reception? Because after the ceremony if I end the stream, I can’t reuse the same link. Or do you stop obs transmission without end the stream? Love this video!
An important question when transmitting on RUclips and the background music of the wedding sounds a song that has copyright ban you from the transmission or what happens
Does the wireless DMX of those pars allow individual control, or is it DMX (donner or cable) to the first and then master slave to the rest? Just curious before pulling the trigger on a couple.
I know this is now a "old" video, but how do you livestream a ceremony if the DJ is using music that is copyrighted without getting your stream muted or shut off?
I believe this is only possible via phone if your channel has 1000 subscribers. Please let me know if I am mistaken, but RUclips only lets you go live via the app if you meet this criteria. Incentive to grow your channel for sure
Thanks for sharing the info! Unfortunately to live stream on youtube you need to have at least 1,000 subs. So I will need to use a different platform until I reach that mile stone.

That was awesome when DJ rick web said when they went to go get lunch and they did not eat and they are idiots I was laughing so hard lol
Accidentally deleted post. Looking forward to Chinese up light content.
marcellus: it a hot one out here but we gonna make do with it
dj barr: it's so hot today this is why I don't to outdoor weddings (acts like melting)
We do outdoor a lot. And its hotter and way more humid here too. Think it was 80 to 85 out with 85% humidity. Lol
do you have an other job exept for this?

We don't stream the reception. Only record and make a quick little highlight to share later
An important question when transmitting on RUclips and the background music of the wedding sounds a song that has copyright ban you from the transmission or what happens
It only blocks it after the stream ends

Built in wireless that works directly with the donner network.
DJ Rick Web awesome. Thanks for all the great content!

Won't get taken down toll after the stream ends

Correct you have to have 1k subscribers to live stream from phone. Majority of us will not be able to do this.. but we still can record
Yep that's correct. Learned that recently trying to switch to streaming on my FSL channel. Didn't work
Hey Rick, can your live cell phone feed get interrupted by stuff like calls and notifications?
No
This is amazing! Thank you!
Awesome brother... Thank you for the tutorial, DJ Tips n Gig Log..
Though other online guests cannot see any one else's reactions of other members on the live. with YT
This is brilliant!
Yo...good!
Would it be worth investing in a pre-paid mobile hotspot for live streaming instead of relying on client's internet?
Nope because its not what I am selling.
Yes, if you offer livestream. First option ethernet cable, second option hotspot from ATT or T-Mobile.
Is he not using any stage lights?? Thats nuts lol
What Phone do you use
S9
How do you work around copyright with the live stream?
Copyrights don't happen until the stream finishes
🔥🔥
What's up idol... Shout me Philippines..
Hey there DJ Rick. Any chance of doing a comparison review on 18” powered subs maybe Mackie, Alto and another brand in the same price range?
Probably not
The best is to use your own internet. My company does this and the streaming is much better
