I've used them a few times this winter under a drysuit. Nice and warm and more waterproof when climbing out of the suit and standing around before getting fully changed
yes. i washed them on a low temp with no fabric softener and left them to hang dry and they were fine. once dry i just gave them a fluff out. if you use heat or fabric softener you tend to destroy the breathability and integrity of the fabric in the long term

Really really light. Basically like you are wearing mini sleeping bags on your feet
